System

The Admin Log is available so that there is visibility over the actions of all Portal Admins [View Image].

The default view shows all recent actions. Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header.

You are able to select all Admins or filter just a single Admin action [View Image].

Currently the Admin actions are logged are:

  • Logout
  • Login
  • Add Admin User
  • Remove Admin User
  • Export Admin Log
  • Change Tenant Name

The admin log page displays [View Image]:

  • Date of logged action
  • Admin User Name
  • Cloud Service Name
  • Category
  • Action

The Admin Log can be exported by selecting a start date, end date and clicking the Export button [View Image].

You are informed that the download has started and when it is completed [View Image].

The exported file is a zipped .csv file that can be opened with Excel.

The csv file gives more information on each action than is displayed on the Admin Log screen [View Image].

The csv file includes:

  • Local Date & Time
  • Tenant
  • Device Type
  • Hostname
  • Role
  • Detail
  • Category
  • IP Address
  • Application
  • Log Date & Time
  • Device Name
  • Action
  • Username
  • User ID
  • App Version
  • Service Name

The System Log will display events related to the system and its components. Generally these events will be errors, such as a failed login or a list not displayed [View Image].

The System Log page displays:

  • Log Date
  • User name / Agent Name
  • Application
  • Category
  • Error

Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header.

The System Log can be exported by selecting a start date, end date and clicking the Export button [View Image].
