Creating Scheduled Reports

Existing reports can be scheduled to execute at a date & time of your choice. To create a scheduled report click the Schedule button in reports then click the Plus button [View Image].

From “Add report schedule” you are able to do the following:

  • Give the schedule a name
  • Select the report to schedule
  • Select Export Options (PDF or Excel)
  • Select Occurrence Frequency -
    (Daily, Weekly or Monthly)
  • Select a Start date
  • Select an End Date
  • Add email Recipients

Click Add to add the schedule [View Image].

Scheduled reports can be Edited or Deleted by selecting the three dots at the right-hand side of each schedule [View Image].
